Shipping

We offer FREE shipping to all domestic orders.

Processing : All the orders placed before 5.00 PM, Monday through Friday, will be processed the next day. Orders received after that time or on Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next 2 business days.

Delivery Locations Within India : Crystera Jewels ships products all over India through reputed couriers. Considering the valuable merchandise, we are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times. We will keep the customers informed of our developments. 

Shipping Charges  : We offer FREE shipping to all domestic orders. International shipping cost would be charged additional countrywide.

Delivery Time : Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location in 2-4 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability. It may take another 2-6 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch. Thus, the total time for an order to reach the customer is 3-10 business days within India excluding the day when the order was placed.

Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.

Return Policy 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item should also have unboxing video for the same. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@crysterajewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate the return from our side. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please Note: When you return the product delivered to you, order shipping charges / handling charges of Rs 100/- would be deducted from the order value. 

For our lifetime plating service, you must either bring the item to us, or ship it yourself to our address. Any courier charges will have to be borne by the customer. The plating service itself will be free.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Order Cancellation Policy: For cancelling your order, please write us on info@crysterajewels.com within 24 hours once the order is placed. 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund would be processed after quality check within 5 -7 working days once have received the product back.
